When TLC’s reality series Toddlers and Tiaras first aired back in 2008 it was instantly a hit. The show followed the lives of contestants and their families in children’s beauty pageants, and it was nothing like anyone had ever seen before.

While it may have been controversial at times, at the core, people loved seeing these spunky girls and couldn’t get enough of them.
